The old Machine Laboratory with its distinctive chimney still stands in the courtyard of Prinsesse Charlottes Gade.
It was originally built to support the practical understanding of theoretical knowledge for the machine engineers studying at the Technical Society's School (Det Tekniske Selskabs Skole).
Today, it serves as the center of PCG, reflecting the same core value at KEA: knowledge goes hand in hand with practical application.
