When you start at KEA you will need at some point to get in touch with the Study Administration and KEA Service Desk. You can find contact information and information about services below and to the right.

  • As a KEA student you will have access to a range of digital and technical services that you will need in your studies. For example, KEA e-mail, print and various self-service portals. 

    KEA's Service Desk makes sure you are granted access and provides support for these services.

    If you are having difficulties logging in, problems with WiFi, printers or other IT or A/V related issues, you can contact KEA Service Desk in one of the following ways:

  • KEA has a team of skilled caretakers and building technical staff that can help with a variety of tasks. 

    If you encounter any problems with building-related defects, please let us know. You can contact us in one of the following ways:

    Your case will be recorded in our system and fixed as soon as possible. You will be informed once the case is closed.

Contact the Study Administration

Our administrative secretaries are ready to help you with different practical aspects regarding your studies. For example:

  • Help with applying for the Danish Government student grant (SU) and public transport card
  • Print your confirmation of studies and student activity
  • Hand out your Student ID
  • Print exam documents and transcripts of grades 
  • ...and many other things.

Guidance about your study or career?

The Study and Career advisors provide guidance and information to support your studies. You can contact us with any questions that are important for your studies and your study life at KEA. We can for example aid you with:

  • Maintain - or rediscover motivation
  • Study effectively and get more out of your studies

SU - for new students

After confirming your study with us, you must wait at least 7 days before applying for SU. It is important that you wait until you can see on your profile on SU.dk that your new education is the first on the list.

If you apply too early, you risk that your application will be rejected and the process delayed.

It is your own responsibility to apply for SU in time and to keep updated during your study.

Is your new programme an AP-degree or a Bachelor?

  • You can apply for SU for the month of September/February 1 month before at the earliest.
  • Please note that you are not entitled to SU for August/January, as the programme starts after the 20th of the month.

Have you been admitted to a top-up programme?

  • Please be aware that you can apply for SU from the month you are in. SU cannot be applied retroactively.
  • Please DO NOT extend your previous education! New education, new application!
  • Summer intake: You can apply for SU for July and August if you have completed your AP-degree in June.

At KEA Library you can get help with your research, assignment writing and participate in various courses/events - academic and social. KEA Library is located in beautiful settings with rooms for both group work, quiet studying and lounge activities.

KEA Housing

The main task of KEA Housing is to accommodate incoming international exchange students. Incoming international exchange students automatically get an accommodation offer from KEA Housing 1-2 months before the beginning of the semester.

If you are an international full degree student seeking accommodation, you are welcome to sign up on our waiting list.

We only accommodate international students enrolled at KEA, and exchange students are prioritized.
